iGaming Company is pleased to announce an opening for the position of Junior Project Manager.
Location: Tbilisi
Type: Full-time
Salary: Competitive, based on experience
About Us:
We are a fast-growing company in the online gambling industry, delivering innovative casino and sports betting products across global markets. We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Project Manager to support our project team and contribute to the successful execution of key initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Project Manager in planning, coordinating, and executing projects
- Assist in day-to-day project operations and ensure smooth workflow across teams
- Coordinate communication with cross-functional teams (product, marketing, tech, compliance)
- Contribute to defining project tasks, timelines, and priorities
- Maintain project documentation, schedules, and progress reports
- Monitor project status and proactively identify risks, delays, or blockers
- Organize meetings, prepare minutes, and track action items
- Support the timely and high-quality delivery of projects
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in project coordination, operations, or administrative roles
- Basic understanding of project management processes and workflows
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Good communication skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders
- Experience with project management tools (Jira, Trello, Asana, or similar)
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
- Intermediate or higher level of English
- Experience in the online gambling industry is a plus, but not required.
