This opportunity is ideal for a recent law graduate or an early-career legal professional interested in corporate law, commercial agreements and international business.

We`re Hiring - Junior Lawyer

Location: Saburtalo, Tbilisi, Georgia

Salary: GEL 1, 500-4, 000

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with drafting and reviewing contracts and agreements.
• Conduct legal research on commercial and corporate matters.
• Support company registrations and regulatory documentation.
• Assist with compliance and corporate governance requirements.
• Prepare and organise legal correspondence and records.
• Communicate with external legal advisers and international partners.
• Provide general legal and administrative support to management.

Requirements:

• Fluent English is mandatory (written and spoken).
• A university degree in Law.
• Strong legal research and drafting abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Interest in corporate, commercial and international business law.
• Previous legal experience is an advantage but not essential.
