REVERA is an international law firm with offices across several jurisdictions. We are currently strengthening our team in Georgia and are looking for an experienced lawyer to join our General Practice team.

We are looking for a strong and independent legal pr Бутовскийofessional who is comfortable handling complex matters, taking ownership of projects and working directly with clients.

A significant part of the role will be focused on dispute resolution and litigation, while the lawyer will also be involved in a broad range of commercial and regulatory matters.

What you will work on:

• Representing clients in court proceedings and disputes, including developing case strategy and preparing procedural documents;
• Managing litigation matters from initial assessment through to final resolution;
• Advising clients on commercial and contractual matters;
• Drafting and reviewing agreements, legal opinions, claims, responses and other legal documents;
• Advising on corporate and regulatory matters;
• Supporting clients in interactions with public authorities and regulators;
• Conducting complex legal research and providing practical, business-oriented advice;
• Managing legal projects and coordinating work with colleagues from REVERA offices in other jurisdictions;
• Communicating directly with clients and taking responsibility for deadlines, quality and project delivery;
• Where relevant, working on tax-related matters and tax disputes.

What we are looking for

• Degree in Law;
• ** Strong knowledge of Georgian law and court procedures;
• Solid practical experience in litigation / dispute resolution;
• Ideally, 5+ years of relevant legal experience;
• Experience in a law firm or advisory environment would be a strong advantage;
• Ability to independently manage cases and client projects;
• Strong legal drafting, analytical and research skills;
• Ability to look beyond a narrow legal issue and provide practical solutions for the client;
• Experience with tax, regulatory, corporate or commercial matters would be an advantage;
• Fluent Georgian and strong working proficiency in English and Russian;
• Strong communication skills and confidence in working directly with clients;
• Proactive, responsible and hands-on approach to work.
