Hogar Properties is expanding its Georgia Sales Team and is looking for an Property Consultants – Real Estate Sales

Employment Type: Full-Time, on-site.

Location: 1, Dariali Street (Vake), Tbilisi

Working hours: 10:00 – 18:00 Monday to Friday

Salary Range: Fixed salary range 1000 - 2000GEL, plus commissions. (Based on market Experience)

Position Title: Property Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

• Advise clients on property purchases and sales opportunities.
• Conduct property viewings and presentations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, buyers, company agents and tenants.
• Identify new business opportunities and generate leads.
• Prepare and negotiate offers, contracts, and agreements.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the local real estate market and industry trends.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets.

Requirements:

• Experience in real estate sales or a similar client-facing role.
• Prior experience of working with real estate development companies
• Fluency in English language is a must, knowledge of additional languages will be considered as an advantage.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven mindset.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
