99Realty.ge is a real estate platform and agency serving local and international clients in Georgia. We are looking for a communicative, responsible, and motivated candidate to join our growing team.

Position: Real Estate Call Centre Operator / Coordinator

Location: Tbilisi

Work Format: Remote / Work from Home

• Fixed monthly salary: 1, 000-3, 000 GEL, depending on experience, language skills, and professional abilities.

Additionally, the employee receives 10% of the commission earned by 99Realty.ge when a property personally sourced or secured by them is successfully rented or sold.

Working Schedule:

Monday-Friday: 10:30-18:30

Saturday: 10:30-15:30

Days Off: Every Sunday, 2nd Saturday and 4th Saturday of each month.

Requirements:

• Georgian — mandatory
• English — conversational level
• Russian — an advantage
• Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
• Responsible, punctual, and comfortable working independently
• Previous experience in real estate, sales, telesales, customer service, or similar fields will be considered an advantage, but is not mandatory

Main Duties:

• Communicate and negotiate with property owners regarding availability, price, property details, and cooperation terms
• Source properties, obtain advertising permission, and maintain regular follow-up with owners
• Build and maintain partnerships with real estate agents and agencies, including commission-sharing arrangements
• Maintain accurate property, owner, agent, and follow-up information in the company CRM
• Occasionally assist Georgian- or Russian-speaking clients by phone when required
