We are now expanding our team in Tbilisi and Batumi and are looking for motivated real estate agents to join us.

Job Description:

We are looking for real estate agents, with or without previous experience. Full training will be provided, so motivation and a willingness to learn are what matter most.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Finding property owners who want to sell or rent their apartments
• Generating your own leads and building your client portfolio
• Helping buyers find the right properties to purchase
• Assisting tenants in finding apartments to rent
• Managing client relationships throughout the sales or rental process
• While leads may occasionally be provided, most of your business development will involve generating your own leads. We will teach you exactly how to do this, providing you with proven strategies, sales techniques, and our complete commercial processes.
