უძრავი ქონების აგენტი

კომპანია FFI Georgia ეძებს მოტივირებულ უძრავი ქონების აგენტებს თბილისსა და ბათუმში.

About Us

We are an international investment company operating in over 13 countries, with 10 years of experience in the investment industry. Over the past 18 months, our team has sold close to $50 million worth of real estate in Georgia.

We are now expanding our team in Tbilisi and Batumi and are looking for motivated real estate agents to join us.

Job Description

We are looking for real estate agents, with or without previous experience. Full training will be provided, so motivation and a willingness to learn are what matter most.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Finding property owners who want to sell or rent their apartments
• Generating your own leads and building your client portfolio
• Helping buyers find the right properties to purchase
• Assisting tenants in finding apartments to rent
• Managing client relationships throughout the sales or rental process

While leads may occasionally be provided, most of your business development will involve generating your own leads. We will teach you exactly how to do this, providing you with proven strategies, sales techniques, and our complete commercial processes.

What We Offer

• Complete training: No previous real estate experience is required
• Full flexibility: No fixed working hours. You decide when and how much you want to work
• Commission-based compensation: You earn commissions based on your results, with no fixed salary. This mean you can earn as much money as you can generate with our top agents generating 500 000$ per year for themselves.
• Ongoing support: Benefit from the expertise, tools, and sales processes of an established international company
• Business development: Build your own real estate business with our guidance and support
• International opportunities: Beyond the Georgian market, you will also have opportunities to work with international property investments across different countries
• Our primary focus will be on completed properties in Tbilisi and Batumi, helping clients buy, sell, and rent real estate.

Join Our Team

We are building a dynamic, ambitious team with high standards and a strong commitment to French-style service quality.

This is an opportunity to develop your own business, gain valuable skills, and benefit from the support and experience of an established international investment company.

If you are motivated, entrepreneurial, and ready to grow with us, we would be happy to hear from you.
