To strengthen our Financial Inclusion Transaction Management Team, we are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented professional to support the execution and administration of investment transactions across our global portfolio.

Junior Transaction Officer / Transaction Officer in Tbilisi

We are open to hiring at either Junior Transaction Officer or Transaction Officer level.

The final job title will be determined based on the successful candidate`s experience and demonstrated competencies.

At Junior level, candidates are expected to have a solid foundation in banking/Investment operations and the ability to execute transaction processes with the support and guidance of experienced team members.

At Transaction Officer level, candidates are expected to independently manage transaction execution and take ownership of complex transactions and contribute to process improvements and operational excellence.

Your Main Tasks:

Draft and finalize investment-related contractual documentation, including promissory notes, loan agreements, waivers, and related transaction documents, in close collaboration with the Legal Department.

Perform ongoing investment administration activities, including cash flow tracking, legal documentation tracking, transaction monitoring, and restructuring support.

Coordinate with Custodian Banks to ensure timely and accurate execution of disbursements and other transaction-related payments.

Work closely with Investment Officers, Transaction Finance, Legal, Compliance and Investees to obtain, review, and track constitutional, legal, financial, and regulatory documentation.

Review documentation for consistency with internal policies, compliance requirements, and AML guidelines, and proactively resolve any discrepancies or non-compliant documentation.

Execute and manage FX transactions, including spot, forward, non-deliverable forward, and other hedging instruments.

Your Experience and Skills:

• Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, Economics or a related field.
• up to 5 years of relevant experience in Middle Office, Operations, Transaction Support, Banking Operations, Cash Flow Administration or a similar financial services environment.
• Good understanding of financial transactions and a willingness to develop expertise in transaction management processes.
• Proficiency with AI tools and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Proficiency in English;
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, work to tight deadlines, and collaborate effectively within an international and multicultural environment.
• Eager to learn, take ownership of assigned tasks, and grow into managing transactions with increasing independence.
