We are seeking a reliable and technically skilled Slot Cabinet Technician to support the launch and ongoing operation of our land-based slot cabinet business in Georgia.

The Slot Cabinet Technician will be responsible for the installation, configuration, maintenance, troubleshooting, and technical support of slot cabinets installed at our clients` locations.

The technician will work directly with casino technical teams and our internal team to ensure that all equipment operates reliably and that any technical issues are resolved efficiently.

What You`ll Do:

• Install and commission slot cabinets at casino locations.
• Assemble, connect, configure, and test gaming cabinets before and after installation.
• Perform initial setup of cabinets, including hardware, displays, peripherals, network connections, and related equipment.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software-related issues.
• Repair or replace defective components, including monitors, buttons, touchscreens, power supplies, cables, electronic boards, bill acceptors, printers, and other cabinet components.
• Perform preventive and scheduled maintenance of installed slot cabinets.
• Respond to technical support requests from casino clients and resolve issues in a timely manner.
• Provide on-site technical assistance when remote troubleshooting is not sufficient.
• Support software, game, firmware, and configuration updates where required and authorized.
• Check cabinet connectivity with servers, network infrastructure, and related systems.
• Test cabinets after installation, repair, maintenance, or software updates to ensure proper functionality.
• Maintain accurate records of installations, repairs, maintenance activities, replaced components, and technical incidents.
• Maintain an inventory of spare parts, technical tools, and replacement components.
• Identify recurring technical problems and report them to management and the equipment manufacturer.
• Communicate technical issues with the manufacturer or supplier when advanced support is required.
• Coordinate with casino technical departments during installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Provide basic technical guidance and training to casino personnel regarding proper cabinet operation and first-level troubleshooting.
• Ensure that cabinets remain in their approved technical configuration and that security components, locks, seals, and protected compartments are handled correctly.
• Follow company procedures, manufacturer instructions, safety requirements, and applicable regulatory requirements when working with gaming equipment.
• Assist with the preparation and technical inspection of new cabinets before delivery to customers.
• Participate in acceptance testing of newly delivered equipment.
• Support the installation and maintenance of associated equipment such as local servers, routers, network devices, and jackpot-related equipment where applicable.
• Be available for urgent technical interventions when critical equipment issues occur.

Requirements:

• Technical education in electronics, electrical engineering, IT, telecommunications, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience as a field, electronics, IT, or gaming machine technician, with a solid understanding of computer hardware, electronic components, and peripheral devices.
• Basic knowledge of computer networks, including LAN, IP configuration, and router troubleshooting, plus the ability to read technical manuals and wiring diagrams.
• Fluent Georgian; working English is highly preferred for manufacturer communication and technical documentation, and Russian is an advantage.
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and handle pressure.
• Willingness to travel within Georgia, particularly between Tbilisi and Batumi, and flexibility for urgent call-outs; a valid driving license is preferred.
• Experience with slot machines, casino systems, or the land-based gaming industry is a strong advantage.
