We`re Hiring a Social Media Marketing Specialist at Avid Leisure

Our business focuses on creating engaging entertainment experiences, organising events and festivals, and delivering leisure activities that bring communities together.

As our operations continue to expand, we are looking for a professional, organised, and motivated Social Media Marketing Specialist to join our team in Tbilisi, Georgia.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, create, and schedule engaging content across social media platforms.
• Manage Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and other relevant social media channels.
• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns for international events, festivals, and brands.
• Write creative, engaging captions, promotional materials, and advertising copy.
• Assist with the setup, management, and optimisation of paid social media advertising campaigns.
• Monitor social media engagement, audience growth, and campaign performance.
• Research industry trends, audience preferences, and new content opportunities.
• Collaborate with designers, marketing colleagues, and international teams.
• Maintain consistent brand messaging and visual identity across multiple platforms.
• Support the development and implementation of social media marketing strategies.

Requirements:

• Fluent English is essential (written and spoken).
• Previous experience managing business social media accounts.
• Strong creative writing, communication, and content development skills.
• Familiarity with Meta Business Suite, Facebook Ads Manager, and social media analytics.
• Working knowledge of Canva or other graphic design tools.
• Understanding of social media trends, content strategies, and digital marketing principles.
• Ability to manage multiple brands, projects, and deadlines simultaneously.
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with an international team.
• Experience in entertainment, events, hospitality, or lifestyle marketing is an advantage.
