Silkstaff is pleased to announce an opening for the positions of Remote Executive Assistant/Customer Support Specialist/E-commerce Operations Specialist (English C1, US & EU companies).

About us:

Silkstaff is a recruitment agency that places full-time remote professionals with small companies in the United States and Europe: e-commerce brands, marketing agencies and startups. You sign a contract directly with the employer and are paid in USD via Deel, Wise or Payoneer. Our service is free for candidates, and nothing is deducted from your salary.

Position 1: Executive/Operations Assistant ($800-1, 100 per month)

Responsibilities:

• Manage the founder`s inbox and calendar, schedule meetings and travel.
• Prepare reports, spreadsheets and documents in Google Workspace.
• Keep the CRM up to date and communicate with clients and contractors in English.
• Track tasks and deadlines across the team.

Position 2: Customer Support Specialist, e-commerce ($700-1, 000 per month)

Responsibilities:

• Answer customers in English via live chat and email (Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify Inbox).
• Handle returns, exchanges and order tracking.
• Coordinate with the warehouse and delivery services.

Position 3: E-commerce Operations Specialist, Shopify / Amazon ($700-1, 000 per month)

Responsibilities:

• Update product listings in Shopify and Amazon Seller Central.
• Monitor orders, stock and supplier deliveries.
• Prepare daily sales and inventory reports in Google Sheets.

Requirements (all positions):

• English: C1, spoken and written.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience (assistant, office manager, administrator, customer support, sales or e-commerce). For Customer Support, candidates with strong English and no experience are also considered.
• Reliable internet connection and your own laptop.
• Full-time availability during European business hours or US East Coast morning to early afternoon (approximately 14:00-23:00 Tbilisi time).
