We are looking for a candidate with strong English communication skills for the position of Building Operations & Compliance Coordinator, with the following job responsibilities:

Main responsibilities:

• Visit the building regularly;
• Send you a daily report;
• Photograph and document ongoing problems;
• Maintain an open-issues list;
• Coordinate contractors;
• Communicate with Tbilisi municipality / relevant government departments;
• Coordinate inspections and municipal requirements;
• Communicate with your attorney;
• Provide documents/information requested by the attorney;
• Track deadlines and outstanding matters;
• Escalate serious problems to you immediately;
• Keep a complete record of building issues, correspondence, permits, notices, repairs, etc.
