About Us:

Design Hotel & Private Spa - Tbilisi Edition is a boutique hotel in the heart of Tbilisi, offering stylish accommodation, personalized hospitality, a private spa, and restaurant services.

We are looking for a professional, friendly, and motivated Receptionist to join our team and deliver an exceptional guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests professionally and ensure a smooth check-in and check-out experience;
• Manage reservations, cancellations, and modifications through the hotel`s property management system;
• Communicate with guests via telephone, email, WhatsApp, and online booking platforms;
• Provide accurate information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions;
• Actively promote hotel services, including private spa sessions, restaurant reservations, airport transfers, and tours;
• Handle guest requests, complaints, and special arrangements promptly and professionally;
• Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure efficient daily operations;
• Process guest payments, prepare invoices, and maintain accurate financial records;
• Monitor guest satisfaction and encourage genuine guest feedback and reviews;
• Maintain an organized, welcoming, and professional reception area.

Requirements:

• Good command of English, both written and spoken;
• Knowledge of Russian or additional foreign languages is an advantage;
• Previous experience in hotel reception, hospitality, or customer service is preferred;
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
• Professional appearance and a positive, guest-oriented attitude;
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail;
• Ability to multitask and handle challenging situations calmly;
• Basic computer proficiency; experience with hotel PMS software, particularly Exely, is an advantage;
• Reliability, punctuality, and willingness to work in shifts;
• Sales-oriented mindset and ability to recommend additional hotel services.
