About Bolt

Bolt is shaping a future where cities are built for people, not cars. What started as an ambitious project of a 19-year-old in 2013 has grown into a global mobility platform used by more than 200 million customers and 4.5 million driver and courier partners across 50 countries.

From ride-hailing and food delivery to scooters, e-bikes, and car-sharing, Bolt helps people move through cities every day. Small, autonomous teams drive this work, combining the speed and ownership of a startup with the scale of a global technology company backed by more than €1bn in funding.

And we`re just getting started.

Why join Bolt?

• Build the future of mobility and help transform how people live and move in cities.
• Tackle challenges at scale that span technology, operations, regulation, and growth.
• Take real ownership early. Small, lean teams mean your decisions matter from day one, and you`ll learn fast alongside some of the best people in the industry.
• Join one of Europe`s leading technology companies, backed by world-class investors including Sequoia.

About the role

We`re looking for a Junior Workplace and People Operations Specialist to support recruitment, employee experience and day-to-day workplace operations.

You`ll also work with People data to identify trends, improve processes and help turn ideas into practical action. This is a great opportunity to start your career in People Operations in a fast-paced environment.

Please note that this position is procured by a third party representing a local partner. Bolt Group companies are not involved in the recruitment process.

Monthly gross salary: 1945 GEL + biannual performance-based bonuses

Probation period: 6 months

Hybrid work opportunity: Option to work remotely 1 day per week

Main tasks and responsibilities:

• Support recruitment for entry-level roles, including posting vacancies, screening CVs, scheduling and conducting first-round interviews, and coordinating candidate communication and home tasks.
• Coordinate onboarding, HR documentation, employee records, HR systems, engagement initiatives and benefits administration.
• Support day-to-day workplace operations, including office supplies, device management, workplace requests, housekeeping schedules and building administration.
• Coordinate external vendors and service providers for maintenance, repairs, deliveries, office equipment and cleaning services.
• Maintain recruitment and People Operations trackers, prepare reports and use data to identify process-improvement opportunities.
• Support People Operations and workplace projects with the wider team, coordinating initiatives and contributing ideas to improve employee experience.

About you:

• You`re excited to build a career in People Operations and workplace management.
• You enjoy solving problems using data, research and logical thinking, and are comfortable working with spreadsheets, trackers and different information sources.
• You`re detail-oriented, highly organised and able to manage multiple priorities through to completion.
• You take initiative, communicate clearly and enjoy collaborating with different people across the business.
• You have experience contributing to projects, working with data, coordinating tasks or making structured, evidence-based decisions; this does not need to come from an HR role.
• You`re fluent in written and spoken English and Georgian, and comfortable using Google Workspace or Microsoft Office, particularly Sheets/Excel, Docs/Word and Slides/PowerPoint.
• We care more about your mindset than your background. We`re looking for someone who is analytical, curious, organized, enjoys solving problems, and is excited to learn. Even if you don`t tick every box, we`d still love to hear from you.

Why you`ll love it here:

• Play a direct role in shaping the future of food delivery.
• Work with some of the smartest people in the world in fast-moving, autonomous teams.
• Accelerate your professional growth with unique career opportunities.
• Take advantage of free delivery in the Bolt Food application.
• Enjoy fresh fruits in the office.
• Take care of your physical and mental health with our wellness perks.
• Enjoy various team events to get to know your colleagues.
• Some perks may differ depending on your location and role.

At Bolt, using AI daily is a baseline expectation for everyone. If there`s a faster, smarter way to do your work, we expect you to find it. You`re still responsible for the output, so the standard stays high when using AI tools.

Experience is great, but what we really look for is drive, intelligence, and integrity. So even if you don`t tick every box, please consider applying!
