Loft Towers, a real estate development company, is seeking a qualified and motivated Construction Engineer to join its team for a project in Kobuleti, Georgia.

The project combines residential apartments and hotel rooms and is being developed in cooperation with the Wyndham brand. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and monitoring construction activities, ensuring compliance with technical documentation and quality standards, managing construction records, and facilitating communication with project stakeholders, including Wyndham representatives during site visits.

We are looking for a responsible, detail-oriented professional with relevant construction experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to communicate effectively in English.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and organize construction activities and monitor the execution of works in accordance with the approved project schedule.
• Review construction drawings, technical specifications, and design documentation to ensure that all works comply with project requirements.
• Monitor the quality of construction works and ensure compliance with applicable technical regulations, construction standards, and approved specifications.
• Track construction progress, work schedules, and the consumption of construction materials.
• Coordinate daily activities with construction crews, suppliers, subcontractors, and other responsible parties.
• Maintain accurate records of completed works and prepare relevant progress reports.
• Prepare, organize, maintain, and manage construction documentation.
• Monitor compliance with occupational health and safety requirements and applicable construction standards.
• Communicate with Wyndham representatives during site visits, respond to their questions, and provide the necessary technical information and project updates.
• Identify technical issues, construction deviations, and potential delays, and coordinate appropriate corrective actions with the relevant parties.

Qualifications and Requirements

• University degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Previous experience in the construction industry; a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience is preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, technical specifications, and design documentation.
• Good knowledge of construction technologies, methods, and materials.
• Conversational English proficiency is essential, particularly for communication with Wyndham representatives.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience in preparing, maintaining, and managing construction documentation will be considered a significant advantage.

Employment Conditions

• Salary: GEL 3, 500 per month.
• Work Schedule: 5 working days per week.
