Batumi4Kids Democratic Learning Centre is looking for a dedicated, enthusiastic and caring Early Years Practitioner/Teaching Assistant to join our international educational team.

We are a child-centred democratic learning community that promotes humane pedagogy, creativity, independence and respect for each child`s individuality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the learning, development and well-being of children aged 4-6 years.
• Assist the lead teacher in organising daily educational activities and creative projects.
• Encourage children`s independence, social skills, curiosity and emotional development.
• Maintain a safe, positive and inclusive learning environment.
• Collaborate with colleagues and contribute to the development of our educational community.

Candidate Requirements:

• Previous experience working with children aged 4-6 and/or a relevant teaching or Early Years qualification.
• Fluent and confident English communication skills (C1 level).
• Genuine passion for working with children and supporting their development.
• Strong communication, teamwork and organisational skills.
• Creativity, initiative and a commitment to continuous professional development.
• A respectful, patient and child-centred approach to education.
