JANZEN REISE helps Russian-speaking customers in Germany organise European spa holidays, including hotel stays and door-to-door transfers.

We are looking for a hands-on performance marketing specialist to develop and manage customer acquisition campaigns.

You will work alongside our existing SEO specialist, IT specialist and social media content creator.

Performance Marketing Specialist — Meta Ads & Lead Generation - Russian-speaking | Tbilisi | Freelance / Part-time

Your responsibilities:

• Develop campaign ideas for our audience.
• Set up, manage and improve Meta advertising campaigns.
• Plan useful guides, landing pages and enquiry journeys.
• Write Russian advertising copy and brief image/video creatives.
• Coordinate implementation with our existing team.
• Track qualified enquiries and work with our travel advisers to
• understand which campaigns generate bookings.

What we are looking for:

• Proven experience managing Meta Ads and lead generation campaigns.
• Excellent written Russian and English for team communication.
• Strong advertising ideas and a structured approach to testing.
• Experience working with limited budgets.
• Ability to explain results clearly, including lead quality and
• business outcomes.

Travel industry experience and short-form video advertising experience are advantages.
