LLC "Enoch DNA Laboratory" is a modern medical-genetic laboratory whose main fields of activity include DNA analysis, paternity testing, and other high-tech genetic testing.

The company announces a vacancy for the position of Operations Manager.

Workplace: Tbilisi

Working time: Full time

Remuneration: Depends on qualifications

Functions & Duties:

• Management and coordination of the laboratory`s daily operational and administrative processes;
• Based on the company`s activities, establish relationships with interested parties, partners, and subcontractors, and manage/coordinate cooperation;
• Monitor and ensure the compliance of internal processes and quality standards (including ISO 17025);
• Management of business correspondence and electronic mail (with both local and international partners);
• Close cooperation with the laboratory and operational teams to ensure the smooth functioning of processes;
• Perform other tasks assigned by the management and conduct negotiations as instructed.

Qualification Requirements:

• Citizenship of Georgia;
• Language Skills: High level of proficiency in English (mandatory);
• High level of proficiency in office programs.
• Licensed medical practitioner holding MD qualification, with ISO 17025 relevant competence
• Candidates majoring in medical laboratory science / genetics / biology are preferred
• Candidates with clinical gene amplification (PCR) certification are preferred
• Hands‑on experience with 3500DX, Illumina and MGI sequencers is preferred
• Candidates do not need to satisfy all criteria. Those meeting part of the requirements are welcome for an interview for further discussion.
• MD here stands for Doctor of Medicine.
