At Brandlink Georgia, we are building a multilingual customer experience team in the heart of Tbilisi. We are looking for a Turkish-speaking Customer Communication Specialist to join our team and support our expansion into the Turkish market in the children`s English education sector.

Location: Tbilisi, Georgia | On-site

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate with potential customers and provide information about English learning programs for children aged 3-12.
• Respond to customer inquiries and follow up with customers via phone calls and WhatsApp.
• Invite families to participate in trial lessons and assist them throughout the process.
• Follow up with customers after trial lessons and help them choose the most suitable learning program.
• Support customer engagement, satisfaction, and conversion.
• Research local education services and help us better understand customer needs in the Turkish market.

Requirements

• Native or fluent Turkish speaker.
• Fluent English
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-oriented mindset with strong persuasion and problem-solving abilities.
• Motivation to achieve targets and deliver a positive customer experience.
• Previous experience in customer support, sales, marketing, or the education industry is an advantage.

Salary & Working Conditions:

• Salary: Base salary of $800 + up to $200 performance bonus
• Location: Atrium Business Center (On-site)
• Working Hours: 8-hour shifts
• Employment Type: Full-time
