Work Schedule & Office Location

• Workplace: On-site at our office in Vake — Marukhi Gmirebi St. N8 (near Mrgvali Park).
• Shifts: Full-time role structured around 4 rotational shifts (Morning, Day, Evening, and Night).

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries and complaints promptly via email and support tickets.
• Provide assistance and clear solutions with a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude.
• Navigate CRM tools and internal software to track customer issues and resolve queries efficiently.
• Maintain high standards of communication to ensure excellent customer retention and satisfaction.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and report recurring customer issues to relevant teams.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Location: Must be physically based in Tbilisi, Georgia.
• Language Proficiency: Fluent in English with professional written and verbal communication skills.
• Technical Experience: Experience working with CRM platforms and proficiency with standard software applications (MS Office, Windows, etc.).
• Adaptability: Fast learner, detail-oriented, and comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Mindset: Customer-obsessed, calm under pressure, highly responsible, and solution-oriented.
