An international supplier of industrial equipment and spare parts is looking for a Marketplace Account Manager to manage its presence on eBay, Conrad, Mercateo, and SAP Business Network. You will handle customer inquiries and complaints, monitor delivery deadlines, and be responsible for sales analytics.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Complaints and Inquiries. Respond to customer inquiries on marketplace platforms, handle complaints, returns, and disputes, and ensure each case is resolved within the deadlines set by the respective platform;
• Complaint Reporting. Maintain company-wide records of customer complaints, not limited to marketplace transactions. Document each case, its cause, and its outcome, and prepare regular reports for management;
• Delivery Deadlines. Monitor delivery timelines for marketplace orders. When delays occur, promptly obtain updates from the purchasing and logistics teams to ensure customers are informed before the delivery deadline expires;
• Customer Approvals and Coordination. Coordinate with customers on delivery date changes, additional shipping charges, and other order modifications;
• Sales Analytics. Analyze sales by marketplace, brand, and customer. Track cancellations, returns, and delivery delays, and prepare regular reports.

Requirements

• English proficiency at B2 level or above and fluency in Russian. German is an advantage;
• Confident use of AI tools is required;
• At least two years of experience working with online marketplaces or in e-commerce customer service, preferably in a B2B environment;
• Hands-on experience with at least one of the following platforms: eBay, Conrad, Mercateo (Unite), or SAP Business Network (Ariba). Experience with Amazon Business or other B2B marketplaces is also relevant;
• Strong Excel skills for data analysis, including pivot tables, formulas, and marketplace data exports;
• Excellent attention to deadlines and detail, with the ability to manage multiple orders and customer inquiries simultaneously without losing track of any cases;
• Experience with CRM systems and knowledge of industrial components are a plus.

Employment Conditions

• Work arrangement: Office-based;
• Schedule: Full-time;
• Salary: 1, 500 GEL initially, increasing to 2, 000 GEL after 6 months.
