Lifestyle უფროსი მენეჯერი

Essensa is a private lifestyle-management and concierge service for a select membership of individuals, families and corporate clients. Our lifestyle managers are the single point of contact for every request, from a same-day table to a once-in-a-lifetime journey. The work asks for discretion, resourcefulness and a genuine love of service.

We are based in Tbilisi and serve mainly international UHNW and corporate members, alongside local members. Essensa is funded by its founding partners, and we are now hiring the first member of the team: the person who will build the service with us and lead it.

Senior Lifestyle Manager (Team Lead) — the founding lead of Essensa`s member service, owning a portfolio of high-net-worth members and managing one Lifestyle Manager.

Location: Tbilisi, hybrid

Hours: 40 hrs / week

Languages: Georgian, English and Russian, all fluent; Spanish or Italian a plus

Reports to: Founding Partners

Manages: One Lifestyle Manager

The role:

The Senior Lifestyle Manager builds Essensa`s member service from the ground up and runs it day to day. You will be the single point of contact for our most valuable members, and the person who sets the standard the rest of the team works to.

In the first months, that means three things: delivering for our first members yourself, building the supplier network and service standards behind every request, and hiring into and leading the team as membership grows.

Requests range from everyday tasks — restaurant reservations, chauffeurs and transfers, theatre tickets and hotel bookings — to accessing sold-out events, sourcing limited-edition items, designing private travel and organising once-in-a-lifetime experiences.

This is a founding role. You will work directly with the founding partners and have a real say in how the service is built.

Key duties

Build the service:

• Set Essensa`s service standards: response and resolution times, proposal format, member communication, escalation rules
• Design the member onboarding process and the preference profile — dietary, travel, seating, brands, family, key dates
• Build the supplier network from scratch — restaurants, hotels, villas, DMCs, private aviation, yachts, ticketing, boutiques, specialists — and negotiate member benefits
• Set up and own the CRM: what is logged, how, and by when
• Work with the founding partners on service offering, membership tiers and pricing input

Lead the team:

• Manage, train and coach the Lifestyle Manager; allocate requests and member portfolios
• Review proposals and supplier commitments before they reach the member
• Take part in hiring as the team grows
• Set and track individual and team KPIs — response time, resolution time, member satisfaction, engagement, retention

Serve members:

• Act as single point of contact for a portfolio of high-net-worth members by phone, email, messaging apps and in person
• Anticipate needs from the member`s calendar and profile rather than waiting for the request
• Research and put together clear, well-priced proposals within agreed timeframes
• Secure restaurant tables (including sold-out and same-day), event and theatre tickets, chauffeurs, car hire and transfers
• Design and book private leisure travel — commercial and private aviation, hotels, villas, yachts, itineraries, on-the-ground contacts — and manage changes and disruption in real time
• Personal shopping, sourcing of hard-to-find items, gifting and special-occasion planning
• Plan and deliver private events and dinners from brief to execution
• Negotiate with suppliers on behalf of members; confirm supplier terms with the member before any commitment
• Handle complaints and difficult situations to resolution; be the escalation point for the team
• Represent Essensa at networking, supplier and member events

Key skills & attributes:

Preferred background: five years or more in luxury hospitality (concierge, guest relations, front office leadership), luxury travel, private members` clubs, luxury brands, Executive Assistant to UHNW individuals or family offices, or premium client servicing — including at least one year leading or training others.

• Fluent written and spoken Georgian, English and Russian
• Experience supervising, training or leading a small team
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Creative problem solving — the alternative when the first answer is no
• Builds structure where there is none: processes, standards, templates, supplier lists
• Works to strict deadlines under pressure with many open requests at once
• Strong research skills and good knowledge of worldwide destinations and luxury brands
• Confident with CRM tools and Microsoft 365 / Google Workspace; GDS (Amadeus, Sabre) an advantage
• An established black book of restaurant, hotel, ticketing and boutique contacts, in Georgia and abroad, a strong advantage
• Diplomacy and calm with demanding personalities and last-minute change
• Absolute discretion and confidentiality; willing to sign an NDA and complete background checks
• A can-do attitude, passionate about service, strong work ethic, self-starter comfortable in an early-stage company

Hours of work:

Standard terms are 40 hours per week, 5 days out of 7, on a flexible shift pattern, hybrid between home and office. Members are in many time zones, so be prepared to work some evenings, weekends and public holidays on rota, with time off in lieu or enhanced pay for unsocial hours. As team lead, you will also be the escalation point for urgent member issues.

What we offer:

• Competitive salary depending on experience, plus performance bonus tied to member satisfaction and retention
• A founding role with direct access to the founding partners and real influence on how Essensa is built
• Private medical cover, phone and laptop
• Familiarisation trips, restaurant and hotel inspections, and industry events
• A clear path to Head of Lifestyle as membership and the team grow
