Bertlani Design is a small, international company building two digital products:

• A pet-care marketplace in Tbilisi.
• A vocabulary app that helps people learn and remember new words, launching first for Georgian speakers and expanding internationally.

We`re looking for a reliable, organized Content Creator to produce short videos and manage social media for both brands. You`ll work directly with the founder, following clear, detailed briefs. All assets (logos, photos, brand guidelines) are provided.

What we offer:

• Fully remote, flexible hours, part-time.
• Monthly payment: 1000-1500 GEL (based on portfolio and experience). First month is a trial and pay will be slightly lower.
• The chance to grow with two new products from the start.
• Room to grow: as the company grows and we build a strong working relationship, your responsibilities and pay will grow accordingly.

What you`ll do:

• Create and edit short vertical videos (Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts), about 12 per month to start, following detailed briefs
• Occasionally prepare static posts and carousels
• Write captions and subtitles in Georgian and English
• Post and schedule content correctly for each platform (formats, captions, hashtags, timing), and reply to comments and messages
• Creator research: find Georgian creators and influencers who fit each brand (e.g. pet, lifestyle, education), and prepare a short report on who they are, why they`re relevant (audience, engagement, style) and how we could collaborate. Once a plan is approved, contact the creators and coordinate the collaboration.
• Keep your progress updated in Notion: tasks, content calendar, status and results. We`ll show you how if you haven`t used it before.
• Prepare a short monthly summary of what was published and how it performed.

What we`re looking for:

• You meet deadlines. This is the most important part of the role: tasks are expected on time, and any delay must be flagged in advance with a reason.
• Experience creating and editing short-form video (a portfolio is required)
• Confident with a video editing tool (CapCut, Premiere Pro or similar)
• Good written and spoken English: all briefs and communication are in English, and some content will be in English
• Native-level Georgian for captions and content
• Able to follow detailed instructions precisely, and to communicate proactively
• Comfortable with Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets)
• Able to write clear, professional emails in English and Georgian. You`ll be contacting creators and partners on our behalf.
• The founder is based in the USA (8-9 hours behind Georgia), so calls and real-time communication usually happen in the Georgian evening or late evening. Most day-to-day work is asynchronous, with updates in Notion.

Nice to have:

• Based in Tbilisi (for occasional filming with pets)
• Graphic design experience
• Experience using Notion
• Experience working with creators or influencers
• You love animals
