About the Role

We are an established English Language Center looking for an energetic, engaging, and creative Native English Speaker to join our team as a Speaking Club Facilitator.

Unlike a traditional teaching role, you will not be tied to textbook curriculums or administrative grading. Instead, you will rotate across our existing student groups, bringing dynamic, real-world conversational sessions to life. Your primary mission is to break communication barriers, build student confidence, and foster spontaneous fluency.

Employment Type: Part-Time (Flexible hours);

Location: Tbilisi

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver engaging, high-energy speaking sessions (Speaking Clubs, debates, role-plays, and interactive discussions) for pre-existing groups;
• Rotate between various classes per a set weekly schedule, collaborating briefly with lead teachers to complement current learning themes;
• Facilitate discussions on contemporary, culturally relevant, and practical topics tailored to different age groups and proficiency levels (A1-C1);
• Provide constructive, natural language feedback and idiom/vocabulary usage in an encouraging environment;
• Maintain a lively, inclusive classroom atmosphere where every learner actively participates.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Native English speaker (or near-native equivalent with native fluency);
• Proven experience in workshop facilitation, conversation clubs, or ESL teaching;
• Ability to quickly connect with diverse learners, command room energy, and encourage hesitant speakers;
• Punctual, reliable, and adaptable to scheduling across multiple groups;
• Valid residency/work permission in Georgia.
