hands-on მარკეტინგის მენეჯერი

Passpo is hiring a hands-on Marketing Manager to own the full marketing stack for HomeCV and run the project launch.

About Passpo and HomeCV:

Passpo Inc. builds HomeCV, an owner-maintained property record for US residential real estate. A HomeCV holds a home`s public records, documents, permits and timeline in one record that the owner controls and that transfers to the buyer at closing.

Anyone can look up a property and start a record; real estate agents and brokerages are the primary distribution channel, and the owner`s private layer is what makes a record valuable.

The role:

You are Passpo`s first marketing hire and the owner of the whole marketing stack. Most tools are already chosen on our US stack sheet. Your job is to set them up correctly, in the right order, with consent and attribution done properly from day one.

This is a hands-on, one-person position. You report to the CEO. You work daily with the CTO and developers, and with outside counsel on marketing claims and privacy. You do the work yourself, with AI tools for copy, design and video, rather than briefing an agency.

The position is fully remote. Overlap with US Eastern business hours is required. Full-time is preferred but a contract start is possible for now.

Skills and experience:

Required:

• 2+ years in a hands-on growth, digital marketing or marketing operations role, ideally SaaS, marketplace or proptech
• You have personally set up Google Tag Manager, GA4 and Search Console, and can explain Consent Mode v2 and cross-domain tracking
• You have run a CRM and a lifecycle email tool (HubSpot, Customer.io, Loops, Brevo or similar), including consent and unsubscribe handling
• You have managed Google Ads and Meta campaigns with pixel and server-side conversion tracking
• SEO fundamentals: technical hygiene, metadata, structured data, content that ranks and gets cited
• Daily use of AI tools for copy, design and video: precise briefs, critical editing of the output
• Clear, plain English for US homeowners and real estate agents
• Working knowledge of CAN-SPAM and CCPA obligations for marketers, and willingness to learn Fair Housing rules for real estate advertising

Nice to have:

• Real estate, proptech or local-services marketing in the US, ideally New Jersey or New York
• PostHog or Mixpanel event design
• Metricool, Apollo.io, Intercom, Looker Studio
• Webflow or Framer; basic HTML and the ability to read a developer`s pull request
• A Product Hunt launch or local press campaign you ran yourself
