Hogar Properties is expanding its Georgia Sales Team and is looking for an experienced, target-driven Team Leader & Property Consultants - Sales.

Position Title: Team Lead

Employment Type: Full-Time, on-site.

Location: Dariali Street (Vake), next to Vake Plaza

Working hours: 10:00 - 18:00 Monday to Friday

Salary Range: Up to GEL 5, 000 (based on experience, skills & sales track record), plus commissions

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, coach, and motivate the real estate sales team and Property Consultants.
• Set and monitor individual and team sales targets, KPIs, and performance.
• Drive sales performance and ensure achievement of monthly and quarterly targets.
• Manage and improve the sales pipeline, lead conversion, and closing process.
• Support the team in negotiations, client management, and closing high-value deals.
• Monitor market trends and identify new sales opportunities.
• Provide regular performance feedback, coaching, and sales training.
• Ensure effective follow-up and high-quality customer service throughout the sales process.
• Collaborate with the Marketing team to maximize lead generation and conversion.
• Prepare and report on sales results, forecasts, and team performance.
• Lead by example and maintain a target-driven, results-oriented sales culture.

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of real estate sales
• Prior experience of working with real estate development companies (off-plan projects)
• Experience in leading a sales team
• Strong communication, negotiation & closing skills
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Target-driven and results-oriented
