Role Overview

We`re looking for a fast, detail-oriented graphic designer to produce high-quality website and app banners, promotional images and GIF animations for campaigns in the gaming and entertainment space. This position focuses on rapid, high-volume production rather than building every asset from scratch. You`ll use templates, design systems and AI generation tools to deliver polished work efficiently, and use Photoshop and Illustrator when an asset needs deeper retouching or custom refinement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design banners, hero images and promotional visuals for websites and mobile apps.
• Create eye-catching promo graphics for games, events, bonuses and seasonal campaigns.
• Produce smooth, lightweight GIFs and short animations for banners and promotions.
• Use AI tools (e.g. Midjourney, Higgsfield) to generate, extend and enhance images, then refine them so they`re ready to publish.
• Build and maintain reusable templates and asset libraries (e.g. in Canva, Figma or Photoshop) so campaign assets stay consistent and quick to produce.
• Resize and adapt each design for every placement: desktop, mobile, app stores and social media.
• Keep work consistent with brand guidelines across all channels.
• Prepare optimized export files with the right size, format and file weight.
• Manage several requests at once and hit tight campaign deadlines.

Required Qualifications:

• 3-5+ years of experience as a graphic designer, ideally in digital marketing, gaming, entertainment or online platforms.
• Proven ability to produce high volumes of assets quickly using templates, reusable components and modern design tools such as Canva, Figma or Adobe Express.
• Hands-on experience with AI image generation and editing tools, and the judgment to fix AI flaws such as hands, text, artifacts and lighting.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator for retouching, compositing and vector work.
• Experience creating GIF and banner animations (Photoshop, After Effects, Canva or similar).
• A strong eye for layout, typography, color and visual hierarchy.
• Understanding of web and app banner specs, responsive sizes and file optimization.
• A portfolio that shows banners, promotional visuals and animated work.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with After Effects, Figma or Lottie animations.
• Background in gaming, entertainment or fintech marketing.
• Basic video editing for short promo clips.

Work Model

• 35-40 hours per week;
• Hybrid Model.
