Avid Leisure is looking for an ambitious and detail-oriented Event Manager to assist with planning, coordinating and delivering events across our international portfolio.

From festivals and food markets to entertainment experiences, this is an exciting opportunity to become part of a growing global organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and coordinate events from concept through execution.
• Communicate with venues, suppliers, contractors and stakeholders.
• Manage event schedules, budgets and operational requirements.
• Assist with venue bookings, permits and event documentation.
• Coordinate logistics and event-related communications.
• Monitor project timelines and ensure deadlines are met.
• Support the successful delivery of multiple events.

Requirements:

• Fluent English is mandatory (written and spoken).
• Excellent planning and organisational abilities.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Previous event management or coordination experience is preferred.
• Confidence working with international partners and teams.
