German-Speaking Customer Service & Technical Support Representatives

We are looking for German-speaking professionals to join its growing team in Tbilisi.

We have opportunities in two different departments:

1. Customer Service Representative

• Fixed monthly salary: 2,500 GEL gross
• Additional performance and sales bonuses
• Working hours: 10:00–21:00

2. Technical Support Representative

• Fixed monthly salary: 2,750 GEL gross
• Additional performance and sales bonuses
• Working hours: 10:00–00:00

Compensation & Earning Potential

• Fixed monthly salary: 2,500–2,750 GEL gross, depending on the position.
• Performance-based monthly bonus.
• Unlimited sales commissions with no upper earning cap.
• Sales commissions are generated from each successfully sold package, with the amount depending on the package value.
• Good sales performance can generate approximately 2,000–3,000 GEL in additional sales bonuses.
• Total monthly earnings can potentially reach 5,000–6,000 GEL, depending on individual sales performance.
• In addition, employees receive a 195 GEL net monthly meal and transportation allowance.

Requirements

• German language proficiency at B2 level or higher.
• Previous customer service or sales experience is an advantage.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Customer-oriented approach and willingness to work in a performance-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming customer calls and provide professional assistance.
• Resolve customer inquiries and, where appropriate, provide technical support.
• Identify opportunities to offer additional products or service packages.
• Contribute to sales performance and achieve individual targets.
• Work Location: Vake Plaza, Tbilisi, Georgia.
