HR Employment Agency is seeking a Sales Manager in Tbilisi for an international company operating in the logistics sector. The position is intended for a professional who can expand the client and agent base, actively manage sales, and strengthen the company's market position.

Main Responsibilities:

• Develop and expand the client and agent base, leveraging an existing professional network.
• Actively attract new clients through cold calls, meetings, and other sales activities.
• Attend industry conferences and networking events to establish new business contacts.
• Handle client and agent inquiries, calculate freight rates, prepare commercial offers, and negotiate terms.
• Organize and coordinate multimodal transportation in cooperation with carriers and agents.
• Monitor accounts receivable and ensure timely payments from clients and agents.
• Prepare and submit reports on sales activities and results to management.

Qualification Requirements:

• Higher education (Bachelor's degree preferred).
• Minimum 3 years of work experience as a Sales Manager or Business Development Manager in the logistics sector.
• Native Georgian
• Fluent English (B2+)

Work Schedule: Monday–Friday, 09:00–18:00
