Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales;
- Experience in real estate sales will be considered a strong advantage;
- Fluency in English is mandatory;
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
- Strong customer relationship management skills;
- Highly motivated, responsible, and results-oriented.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicating with potential clients and identifying their needs;
- Managing the sales process from initial contact to closing;
- Presenting properties and providing professional consultations;
- Preparing offers and following up with prospective clients;
- Achieving sales targets and contributing to company growth.
