EU Sales Development Representative, German-speaking markets (2 positions)

About Chrysaetos:

Chrysaetos builds market-abuse trade surveillance software for regulated financial firms: brokers, banks and investment firms. Our platform watches their trading for insider dealing, manipulation and other abuse under the EU and UK Market Abuse Regulation. We`re opening a team for Germany and Austria.

The role:

You`ll find the right compliance contacts at German and Austrian investment firms and banks, reach out to them in German, and book meetings for our founder. You won`t be closing deals. Your job is to open the door.

Research firms build verified prospect lists:

• Write and send outreach in German, adapting our templates for the German market
• Book discovery calls and product demos
• Keep the CRM accurate, because we run the team on its numbers
• Sit in on sales calls to learn how deals are won

What we`re looking for:

• German at C1 or above, plus business-level English
• An interest in financial markets. An economics, finance or law background is a strong plus
• Care and precision: you`ll be writing to senior compliance officers
• Persistence: this is a long sales cycle, and replies take time

You don`t need sales experience.

What we offer:

• Base salary of 2, 500 GEL gross a month, as a direct employee
• 3% commission on every sale your team makes, not split between you. On a typical first contract that`s several thousand GEL each
• A path to Senior SDR and team lead.
• Remote work, with hours overlapping German business hours

Enterprise compliance sales take months, so commission arrives slowly at first. We`d rather you know that now.
