An international FinTech company operating in the cryptocurrency, digital assets, and payment solutions sectors.

We are looking for a full-time Finance Specialist to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Recording and monitoring financial transactions in both cryptocurrencies and fiat currencies.
• Working with cryptocurrency exchanges, wallets, and payment systems.
• Preparing and processing payments, ensuring their timely execution.
• Creating, issuing, and managing invoices.
• Reconciling transactions, incoming and outgoing payments, and account balances.
• Monitoring accounts receivable and accounts payable.
• Preparing regular financial reports (daily and monthly).
• Maintaining financial records, spreadsheets, and organizing financial data.
• Identifying discrepancies and ensuring the accuracy of financial records.
• Collaborating with the accounting team and other departments.

Requirements:

• Experience in finance and working with cryptocurrencies.
• Understanding of cryptocurrency exchanges, wallets, and blockchain transactions.
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
• Skills in financial recordkeeping, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher for working with documentation, international partners, and business correspondence.
• Fluency in Russian (written and spoken) is required.
• Strong attention to detail, responsibility, and ability to work independently.

Nice to Have:

• Accounting education or previous experience as an accountant.
• Knowledge of double-entry bookkeeping, debits, and credits.
• Understanding of international payments and multi-currency transactions.
• Skills in automating financial processes and optimizing reporting.
