Field Force Manager

Agency HR is announcing the selection process for the position of a Field Force

Manager, for an international company in Tbilisi, Georgia.

Job Description:

• Evaluating Field

Force (FF) monthly on sales target achievement, as well as quarterly on their

KPI;

• Initiating all

required approvals in the system to ensure FF payment on time;

• Building direct

communication with FF, including communication on their monthly targets, data

collection;

• Monitoring FF

attendance with random on-site visits and working time monitoring application;

• Making sure FF

team’s product knowledge and sales skills are regularly being assessed and

upgraded;

• Ensure regular

exchange of insights, sales related issues from FF team;

• Collaborating with

the Marketing Team and Business Teams to develop, plan and execute requests and

action items to positively impact on sell-out, drive in-house share and improve

operational excellence;

• Following HQ and

RHQ guidelines while ensuring initiation of internal system approvals and communication

with respective stakeholders to boost overall strategy and goals;

• FF Team work compliance

based on aligned check list and control of execution during weekly shop visits.

Main Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (Preferebly in

Business/Economics)

• Min. 2 years working experience as a Field

Force Manager / Retail Specialist/Manager / Merchandise Manager / Regional

Manager / Visor/Supervisor in the Retail / Distribution / Vendor

Industries.

• MS Office (Average level of Excel is Mandatory!)
• Good level of English is mandatory (B2 and

higher)
