ABV PROS announces a vacancy for the position of Remote Service Manager (Appliance Repair & HVAC).

Working conditions:

• Location: 100% remote (company is based in Washington DC / Boston);
• Schedule: Full-time, 5/2 9AM-6PM US Eastern Time.

ABV PROS is an American appliance repair and HVAC company. We have been working in the US market for many years and have 700+ five-star customer reviews. Our team includes skilled technicians and a remote office team.

Responsibilities:

• Review technicians` completed jobs every day (same-day check);
• Check estimates, invoices, and job photos for accuracy and completeness;
• Call customers after the technician`s diagnosis, explain the repair, and close the sale;
• Follow up on open estimates and customers who haven`t decided yet;
• Keep every job moving in the CRM: statuses, notes, payments, next steps;
• Handle customer questions, complaints, and warranty calls;
• Coordinate with technicians in the field when issues come up on a job;
• Spot mistakes or missed sales opportunities and give feedback to technicians;
• Report daily results to management.

Requirements:

• Fluent spoken English (B2-C1 or higher): you talk to US customers by phone every day and need to understand them the first time and speak clearly;
• Experience in sales, customer service, dispatching, or managing field staff;
• Confident on the phone, able to explain things simply and handle objections;
• Strong attention to detail: you notice errors in estimates and photos;
• Organized: you can manage many open jobs at once and nothing slips through;
• Comfortable with CRM systems, Google Sheets, and messengers;
• Ready to work on US Eastern Time;
• Stable internet, a computer, a headset, and a quiet place for calls.

Nice to have:

• Experience in appliance repair, HVAC, or other home service companies;
• Basic knowledge of home appliances (refrigerators, washers, dryers, ovens, dishwashers) and common brands;
• Experience working with US customers;
• Experience with field service CRMs (Workiz, ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro, or similar).

Conditions:

• $800 base salary + KPI bonus based on technicians` results (total $1, 300-$1, 500/month);
• Probation period up to 2 months at $800/month (can be shortened if you show results);
• 100% remote, work from anywhere;
