About the Company

A prominent real estate development company in Georgia is looking for an experienced, responsible, and detail-oriented Accountant to join its finance team. The company delivers residential and commercial development projects and is committed to quality, transparency, and sustainable growth. Key Responsibilities

• Maintain full accounting records in accordance with Georgian legislation and IFRS requirements
• Process and systematize primary documentation
• Record and monitor project-based costs for development and construction projects
• Reconcile and record settlements with suppliers, contractors, and service providers
• Record customer settlements, down payments, and installment schedules
• Maintain records of fixed assets, construction in progress, and inventory
• Calculate VAT, profit tax, and other taxes, and submit declarations via the rs.ge system
• Process payroll and account for income tax and pension contributions
• Handle bank operations and perform bank statement reconciliations
• Liaise with auditors and tax authorities

Requirements

• Higher education in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum 3-5 years of accounting experience; experience in real estate development, construction, or a related sector is a strong advantage
• Solid knowledge of Georgian tax legislation and accounting standards
• Knowledge of IFRS
• Proficiency in accounting software (1C, Oris, or similar) and MS Excel
• Experience working with the rs.ge system
• Well-organized, responsible, and able to meet deadlines
• Professional certification (SARAS, ACCA, CAP, or similar) is an advantage
