About the vacancy:

We scale e-commerce brands doing £1-5million+ per year in revenue. We are looking for a Brand Strategist & Content Creator who will be responsible for the deliverables of brand strategy, content creation, ongoing execution, and performance optimisation. You will manage 4-5 e-commerce brands.

The main thing in this role:

The number one priority is having a strong strategic mind and managing the complete content creation cycle. You will be able to communicate your strategic choices for the growth of performance metrics, and bring your vision to life in content designs.

Key Accountabilities:

• Conduct content and funnel audits
• Create brand refreshes/brand books
• Write high-converting multi-slide carousel copy, brand frameworks, lead magnets, and educational post text.
• Manage content scheduling, UTM tagging, and social channel publishing.
• Lead bi-weekly strategic growth syncs and handle day-to-day client messaging.
• Provide structured visual briefs, references, and layout structures.
• Conduct a monthly deep-dive performance review per client, analyzing Metricool engagement rates, swipe-through completion rates, save/share ratios, and UTM/GA4 click-through traffic.
• Synthesise insights into a actionable iteration angles, fresh hook tests, and conversion improvements.

Requirements:

• Experience creating visually stunning, on-brand brand books with clear, well-researched strategic explanations
• Experience creating campaign strategies, content pillars, and content calendars aligned with research and company goals
• Experience creating, and managing a pipeline of, high quality social media posts, carousels, and other media assets
• The ability to draw conclusions from metrics and numbers, and user research
• A good level of ability to communicate in English

Conditions:

• Remote work on a fixed-price/project-based contract.
• Compensation is a flat fee of 1800 GEL/month.
• Prior to the full retainer, top candidates will be given an initial paid test project to showcase their skills.
