NexusWave is pleased to announce an opening for the position of Executive Coordinator .

We are looking for a responsible, organized, and proactive Executive Coordinator to provide daily administrative and organizational support to the Director. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be flexible, reliable, and comfortable working in a dynamic business environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the Director`s daily schedule, meetings, calls, and appointments;
• Coordinate meetings and business-related activities;
• Prepare and organize documents and information as required;
• Follow up on assigned tasks and deadlines;
• Assist with general administrative and organizational matters;
• Arrange business trips, including flights, hotels, transfers, and schedules;
• Accompany the Director on business trips when required;
• Handle confidential information and correspondence with discretion;
• Perform other relevant tasks assigned by the Director.

Requirements:

• Excellent command of both English and Russian (written and spoken);
• Higher education is preferred;
• Strong organizational and time-management skills;
• Good communication and interpersonal skills;
• Responsibility, reliability, and attention to detail;
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks;
• Ability to work independently and take initiative;
• Flexibility regarding working hours;
• Willingness to travel internationally when required.
• Knowledge of Chinese and previous experience in a similar position will be considered an advantage but are not mandatory.

Employment Conditions:

• Working Schedule: Flexible;
• Business Travel: May be required;
• Salary: 6, 000 GEL per month;
• Probation Period: 6 months.
